Two names of members of the royal family of Macedonia; Cassander, a descendant of Alexander the Great, King of Macedonia, built the city and named it after his wife the half-sister of Alexander the Great, daughter of Philip II. Augustus Julianos „meets“ Kassandros at the crossing point of the two streets (Kassandrou and Ioulianou), although they never met each other in the course of their lives. However the book will not narrate the politics and murders related to the history of these men. Instead it will focus on the neighbourhood around the crossroads of the streets named after them.
